What are the best aspects of this product?
We've been using BigContacts for few months already, and we are impressed by its effectiveness and usability. It helps us organize our work, and it does a really good job for setting appointments with clients. In fact, having an online contact manager is a good idea for every firm that wants to differentiate between activities, or to do multitasking.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Browsing delays spoil the picture a bit, but I believe this is due to the multitude of cache on the page. If I had to insinuate an improvement, I would definitely suggest lesser cache.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I wouldn’t list problem by problem, that would take too much. I think it would be far better to say that BigContacts solved all of our problems. Better structure, personal organization, enhanced communication…and many other things that prolonged our list of clients. We are very grateful for it.
