What are the best aspects of this product?

As a small business owner, I've tried many customer relationship management (CRM) tools, but none have quite hit the mark like BIGContacts. What sets it apart is its user-friendly interface and sales tracking features. I can easily visualize my sales pipeline and track the progress of each deal. This has been a game-changer for my sales team, as we can quickly identify areas for improvement and focus our efforts on the deals that are most likely to close.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One area where BIGContacts could work better is in its integrations with other tools. While it does integrate with some popular tools like Outlook and QuickBooks, it would be great to see more integrations with other tools we use daily.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be great if the mobile app had the same functionality as the web interface, so salespeople could easily access and update their pipeline while on the go.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Overall, BIGContacts has solved several problems for our company. Before using BIGContacts, we had no real way of tracking our sales pipeline or knowing where each deal stood. This led to missed opportunities and lost revenue. With BIGContacts, we're able to stay on top of our pipeline and close more deals than ever before.
