What are the best aspects of this product?
The range of native integration options is one of the reasons we chose BIGContacts CRM. We were able to complete the integration process with our existing business applications quickly and effortlessly. Moreover, the customer support team was always available to help us out wherever we felt stuck.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have encountered some speed lags recently, but the support team has been promptly working on improving the same.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It would be great if the tool also offered meeting scheduling links for clients.

Jumping between several applications was a big productivity block for our team. BIGContacts has simplified this by bringing all essential data to one place. It connects with QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Google Calendar, and a number of other tools our team prefers using. This has helped us be more productive without worrying about data synchronization.
