PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It displays all contact history and important information on a single page, and that's really the luxury of few! We did a long (painful!) research to discover something that intuitive, and it worked. We were positively surprised by its responsiveness, having in mind how cheap it was.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wouldn't bet on their reporting, that's probably their Achille's heel in terms of competition. Wasn't that impressed by the dashboard either, it displayed confusing charts we didn't want to use. Finally, we know we're not paying that much, but the toolkit is really basic for an CRM.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It didn’t do miracles, but at least it saved our contact management. We are contacting clients, dividing them in groups, and assigning a group for each team. Following and managing proposals is helpful too.
