What are the best aspects of this product?
I am working as a Virtual Assistant in a company for home party services, and I am currently supporting the work of three directors. I honestly enjoy my job, especially when listing is involved. With BigContacts I am able to keep up with my tasks, and to prioritize the most important ones. I'm importing clients accurately for each employeer, and I benefit from the program's auto pilot to email new contacts when necessary.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I deal frequently with duplicate contacts, because our current contacts change emails without me being notified. I would like an alert, or at least a mechanism to ignore contact information that can't be used. At the same time, I understand how difficult it would be to find a merging solution that will save contacts from getting lost permanently.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I don't spend ages trying to clarify issues with my directors, and I am still more efficient than I used to be. We both have instant access toour clients, and know quite well how work is going.
