What are the best aspects of this product?
I can easily find out when the last touch with a contact was and optimize upcoming interactions accordingly. It can also fetch a customer’s social media profiles from the internet automatically. All of this has helped my business form better customer relationships. I also use the email marketing tool for improved customer engagement.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mobile app’s interface is one of the areas where BIGContacts can improve. I am completely satisfied with the other features of this tool.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I have previously worked with Zoho CRM and Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM. While they have their own benefits, BIGContacts is the easiest to use and manage.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It’s been a few months since I switched to BIGContacts CRM. Right from the setup, the experience has been nothing but delightful. I use this tool to track my interactions with customers and schedule tasks. BIGContacts has made it easy to access all emails, files, notes, contact details, etc., from a convenient dashboard.
