What are the best aspects of this product?

BigContacts is a management platform that gives a consolidated overview on a multitude of information in a user-friendly manner. The sections look modest at the first sight, but they reveal an incredible amount of information essential to the sales team's survival.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing more than the normal scope of occasional technical errors, but with an attentive team there is nothing to worry about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Besides contact management, we had constant downfalls to ensure fluidity of information, and I am not referring to third parties, but the team itself. We used to email each other on every issue, and we were consequently lost in a sea of useless emails that threw a veil on truly relevant information. This way, critical information remains stored in a secure place, instead of being swallowed by this email storm.
