What are the best aspects of this product?
The sales pipeline can be customized easily. We use it to keep track of the current position of prospects. It is also easy to move these deals forward in the pipeline by simply dragging and dropping them. Our sales team uses BIGContacts to communicate internally and schedule appointments with clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have to score leads manually. It would be great if the tool offered AI-powered functionality for qualifying leads.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We would like to see an improvement in the speed and performance of the mobile version.
