PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The marketing feature is among the best I've ever seen, and it facilitates reporting. Everything easy, everything on time-that's my definition of BigContacts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One problem remained unsolved even after purchasing the platform: I'm still unable to delete contacts massively! Again, I haven't explored the platform completely, so it might be that I don't know how. Secondly (this is definitely not possible in the system!), I can't send information updates to contacts that are already inserted in the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Leads nurturing, better marketing, placing all contacts in a single database, permanent access to new features and upgrades. It just doesn't stop developing.
