What are the best aspects of this product?

It's not just that we're taking notes undisturbed, but we keep comprehensive history of all previous conversations. We linked it to Outlook, and we email all of our contacts easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not all reports have the same quality, some of them are difficult to modify, while some can't even be ran.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are connected to all of our leads and customers, and that's the business's biggest benefit. Even after a sale is completed, we stay in contact with our customers and send auto pilot emails to remind them of our products. We are always open to hear their opinion, to evaluate their experience, and to offer new deals based on their needs and expectations.
