What are the best aspects of this product?
We can track all our QuickBooks transactions with clients within their contact profiles in BIGContacts. This avoids any back and forth between both platforms and saves considerable time. There isn’t any need for manual data entry, which further enhances productivity.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only feature that we wish this tool provided was some sort of intelligent lead routing. Other than that, it has worked quite satisfactorily for us.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We wish the tool offered more advanced features for appointment scheduling, such as customized booking links for clients.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were looking for a CRM solution that integrates with QuickBooks, and BIGContacts has been a highly profitable choice for the same. Our employee productivity levels have been at an all-time high since we deployed this CRM tool. We have seen a considerable improvement in our customer satisfaction score and significantly reduced churn using BIGContacts. Also, it is one of the most affordable CRM applications that we have come across.
