What are the best aspects of this product?
Big Contacts CRM skips long learning curves, and takes you straight to an outstanding CRM. It is tailored for changing database details or adjusting reports. However, I think its strongest side is the easy setup, and I believe that every business will know to appreciate that.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing that stained my BigContacts experience was the time I spent to find it. You wouldn't believe all the programs I had to investigate and compare! But I am glad I did it, otherwise I would probably neglect this awesome marketing solution, just as friendly, efficient, and professionally backed up as I wanted it to be. I don't perceive it as a tool-it is my faithful job partner!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I wanted a strategic CRM system that can manage all of my contacts. As a result, I feel more productive and less stressed.
