What are the best aspects of this product?

Being a first-time user of the app, I am thankful for the patience of their chat team for walking me through. I highly praise them for their proactive approach, pushing a step further by helping me how BigTime can accommodate my operations effectively.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they have the option to customize templates for the varied transaction that I have. I hope they get to read this for more improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Operating in a team means you have to be coordinated and BigTime helps me a lot by providing me with the tools I need for each lifecycle of my projects. It allows me to create a timesheet where my employees can see their tasks, costs, and deadlines. I‘m sure that we‘ll be using BigTime for a long time.
