Best software for both time-tracking and invoicing

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part of BigTime is its complete versatility in all aspects of the process! You can even rename the headings (e.g. from "Tasks" to "Sub-Projects").

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to be able to change the format of printing reports for employees. I'd like to see all my reports organized by client and project within a specific time period.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be nice to format the user interface to look more like our business (colors, logo, etc.): customize the interface for our employees.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now generate/edit/print invoices directly from inputted billable time instead of manually entering data from one software to another. Also, time inputted for each employee can be referenced to any point in the past - this time doesn't disappear on the employee's page.
