What are the best aspects of this product?
Prior to BigTime, my organization used a hodgepodge of systems to track time, track expenses, and invoices. Having all three of those in one spot has saved us 40+ man-hours a month. The customer service is also fantastic. Our implementation specialist, Neil is very easy to work with and really knows his stuff.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Coming from a mess of different tools and consolidating into one simple, easy-to-use tool, it is really hard for me to say what can be improved at this point.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like to see BigTime incorporate project pipeline tracking. There is a method to do it in the system, but it's not dedicated to potential projects.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Now that we have made the switch to BigTime, we have begun to realize how much time was wasted using spreadsheets, outdated time tracking software, a different project management tool for each project. We are saving time and endless headaches.
