What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part of Big Time is how customizable, user-friendly, and fairly priced it is.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing I can currently think of that Big Time would need to improve. I have had no issues thus far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Tracker RMS, invoicing would take over 2 hours to complete because of the constant errors the software makes. With Big Time, invoicing will only take about 30 minutes to an hour, which will save my team a lot of time.
