PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

For us, the great ease of using several functions in one place enhances, saves and speeds up our work. We are currently using the tool with our Payroll, customer billing, as a database of our services, of those served, of the customers, of the courses that we provide. We didn't have a tool that filtered all our data, which is not a few. With Big Time, this is behind us. We are also able to monitor the actual working time of our employees, something that we did not have secure control.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far Big Time has been very helpful and effective for us. So far we have nothing to discredit its use.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We are little by little learning more and more how to use the tool as a whole. But we believe that implementation could be easier. Not that it's a problem, but it could be easier and more intuitive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We didn't have a line of work, observing employees' time in the execution of tasks and projects. We didn't have any filtering tool for our data like we do now. We save a lot of time, savings and money. With Big Time everything became easier, more practical and effective.
