What are the best aspects of this product?
BigTime has been a huge asset for our company. Tracking staff hours for billing; from approving time and expenses to creating invoices. Creating any report you need is so easy. Integrating with QB, and Outlook. Customer support, when needed (not that often to be honest) is phenomenal. I enjoy everything about BT. Makes my job so much easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything has been addressed that I had any type of an issue with.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Can't think of anything at the moment.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Invoicing billable hours with the number of projects that we have going on at one time. Once the hours have been submitted and approved, the rest is a piece of cake. BT makes everything easier for sure.
