What are the best aspects of this product?
BigTime is so user friendly, it's intuitive and easy to find you way around. That said, they also have the best customer service - shout out to Ben Kinsel who is has been helping us from implementation to troubleshooting and trainings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software is so robust and offers so much customization it can take awhile to realize the full benefits. After 2 years we are still finding new things we can use the software to do.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It already does so much this is hard to answer. They are constantly coming out with new additions to the software - the latest being the ability for the software to accept payments from customers. They seem to be constantly improving themselves and trying to stay ahead of the pack.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Project management, professional services management, timekeeping and invoicing/billing.
