What are the best aspects of this product?

I am really impressed by how sophisticated this tool is, as well as how user-friendly it is. With this tool, I only need to go to one place to see billing, expense reports, and time tracking. Because of that, it has become easier for me to monitor and track employees and how much time they've spent on a given project. Its user-friendliness has also made it easier for our employees to grasp it, minimizing the time we spent on training and onboarding. I also want to commend their customer support for always listening to our concerns and providing adequate solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am not very fond of this tool's reporting features, which I find to be clumsy. It's really tedious making a report for an employee who's retiring, or even an employee who is leaving the company or even a project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has been really good for us when it comes to project management and monitoring. Before we even start a project, we can project how much it could cost the company, all the way to the bonuses employees could receive. We've also been able to use this tool to determine if an employee is actually doing overtime. Rate problems that we've encountered while doing invoice generation were also solved by this tool.
