Great Expense Tracking Software

What are the best aspects of this product?

BigTime is a very userfriendly software, I like that I have the ability to track my team's time for invoicing as well as do my invoicing and send my invoices all from one place. Having the ability for all the time tracking, invoices, and payments all in one place is extremely helpful as well as being able to access remotely at anytime was a plus. BigTime is easy for employees to record their time and it gives managers the ability to track the time their employees spend on each projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only issue I have found with BigTime so far is that I have to refresh it in a new window in order to see the changes that I made.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They can add a feature where we can easily change the format of the output reports. I know you can configure what data is exported and in what order, but it would be nice to be able to change the look.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My company uses BigTime for Organizing projects for over 1000 employees and tracking project profitability to budget by month.
