What are the best aspects of this product?

Overall there are a lot of beneficial aspects of BigTime. The one that we look forward using the most is the report generating aspect. This will allow us to view, manage, and maximize the efficiency of our employees and business. It will allow us to provide a better and more reliable product to our customers. We had the opportunity to work with Neil and it was a great experience. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only aspect of BigTime that could be improved is the vehicle tracking and overtime/comp time tracking. There are ways to work around both of these aspects but if there was a more complete way to track these two items, it would be the perfect program.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The only features that I would like to see in the future are the vehicle tracking and the overtime/comp time tracking. Other than those two things, it is a very thorough program with a lot of beneficial options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The specific problem that our company is solving is the report generating aspect in order to maximize the efficiency of our company. Being able to see the reports and the current efficiency of each employee is a huge benefit.
