Huge time-saver product

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am specialized in tax and accounting. We use professional tax software and we are happy that Big Time integrates well with our software. It is a time saving product, we only have to change the status of our tax software and everything is changed automatically within BigTime. We also use the dashboard so we can track the progress of every tax return.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everything works fine, but they could include more contact information within the mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to keep track of a client information and to eliminate duplicates.
