What are the best aspects of this product?
Their customer service is incredible. Brannon Hollingsworth, one of BigTime’s customer service reps, has been my favorite staff. He is helping and guiding my team whenever we have concerns with the software. He is responsive, communicative, and fast when we need his assistance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
BigTime is excellent software when it comes to processing payrolls and tracking employee working hours. It does a great help in my business, and I think there’s no better reason to complain about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Synching employee working hours to other software is always my problem. But with BigTime, everything is done with accuracy and clarity. BigTime’s customer support helps me fix any complication I encounter over the process.
