What are the best aspects of this product?
The system has a very clean look and is very user friendly. Many fields can be customized to fit company needs. Reporting functions seem easy and can be customized. Mobile app ability for android and apple users. Various other functions to help with AR and company's budgeting needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some billing functions that could work better. There is no way to enter separate vendor bill items or create contracts within the system for clients with recurring charges that could fluctuate month to month. There are work arounds for these but no exact field to handle these functions specific to my company.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A section for vendor bills or be able to create contracts that have recurring charges and the ability to update these rates/fees for future invoices to be generated.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Time management, my company will be able to reduce the time of manually keying in items. We will be able to export invoice data to import into our accounting system. Also, we will be able to run reports that fit our needs due to the customization ability. Mobile app will help our employees enter their time and expenses on time.

Why did you decide to change it?
Vorex is not very user friendly. No functions to export invoice data into excel format. Reporting features are not easy to configure. Communication with support and representatives is poor.

As of now yes, I hope to continue being satisfied once the system is fully up and live.
