What are the best aspects of this product?

We love the mobile app because makes the timesheet entry simple. Another great feature we like to use is the dashboard, because it allows us to see how much time is billed against our organizations billability. BigTime helps me to define the billable rates by job, task, client and the person performing the work. I am able to track various pricing for performed work per individual, client, job and even task. Thanks to Big Time we don’t need to worry about billing details anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot find anything to dislike about BigTime.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My work is to manage multiple jobs for multiple clients and I have to figure out how to bill a client based on his performance for a specific task. In the past this required collection of timesheets and manual entry into accounting system for billing. This is all in the past, because BigTime helps me with all of these, now the employees enter the hours worked per job and the program integrates with our accounting system and does the job for me. It improved the invoicing and accuracy of accounting. We are more focused on increasing our income.
