What are the best aspects of this product?

Big Time is an organized tool with well design timesheets. You can include fields you need and you can customize it the way you want. The good thing is that one user can launch timers from anywhere within the app and then to fill in names and other details. You can enter names, billing codes and other information by using lightning-quick lookups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion it would be great if they could include proper training in the beginning. It really has too many layout options and this can be confusing because they are not well versed with it.

Big Time is easy to use and intuitive online app that makes the creation and payment bill process simple and fast.
