What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer support team is absolutely top notch! The user friendliness of the software is also great and allows for plenty of customization for unique and complex invoicing structures.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not found any constant problematic issues with this software to date. Any questions that I may have or help that I may need is resolved quickly by the customer support team.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More customizable invoicing template options would be great!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Integration with an existing QuickBooks file for importing and invoicing was something that BigTime was able to accomplish were alternative products were not.
