What are the best aspects of this product?

I am amazed how quickly their technical support team responds. Their English is fluent and we are able to understand and apply the solutions immediately. I have to say that I like their sales team as well. They are knowledgeable and always come up with solutions, they are patient and offers us great ideas so we can improve our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I simply love BigTime, there is nothing that I dislike about the software. Whenever we have something that we don’t understand we call their support team and they make it work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Big Time helps us to track multiple jobs and projects. Its time tracking tool helps us to do the billing in a way that works smoothly with our accounting system. I have to say that the connection with this software and our payroll software is powerful.
