What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Reporting extract from big time software can be more professional or enhanced in order to captured the overall dashboard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time tracking was issue in our organization but BigTime Software allows users to track their time spent on projects, tasks, and activities. This information can then be used to generate reports that show how time is being spent and identify areas where time can be saved.
