What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the layout of BigTime because the time tracking software is easy to use and doesn’t require much training. You can easily customize the data by project type and task. The notes section is great for communicating and sharing the progress with other managers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

BigTime can be weird when deleting notes and projects. For example if I want to delete a project note before time entry then an error message will pop up and the cells I try to delete are automatically reconfigured. In addition, the auto-save option would prevent loss of data whenever the software goes down.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product is extremely easy to use and understandable time and project management tool.
