What are the best aspects of this product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use, enables me to see the productivity of my entire organization and how to better utilize employees. Helps me keep my clients on budget.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice to have more pre-done templates so that there is a variety to choose from.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see the contact info for each employee be more robust so that more information can be stored in platform (less need for a separate HR tool).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being the HR manager I wanted to better understand what employees were doing in their "un-billable" time so that I can better manage productivity and get those with less work busier.
