What are the best aspects of this product?

The app interface is user-friendly and navigable and is made for easy tracking, as you can compartmentalize your project into smaller components for more details. The app also gives relevant information on how you can better segment your program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m having a hard time with the accounting, I also find the interface too rigid I can’t customize it to make it more suitable to my transactions. It’s inclusive as you can’t integrate it with other apps like QuickBooks which could’ve streamlined the operations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Prior to BigTime, timekeeping had to be done by hand, and errors usually crop up anywhere in the process. Thanks to this software everything is funneled accordingly, from my employees’ working hours to expenses and billing, Getting BigTime was a good choice of investment for our company.
