What are the best aspects of this product?

BigTime is staffed with dependable trainers who are eager in helping us understand the software better. They are equipped with exceptional knowledge and so hands-on. They are more than ready to answer all our concerns regarding the proper use of the software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I don’t encounter any issue using BigTime or communicating with the staff.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’re encouraged to use BigTime to run reports on clients’ time, and it provides the data we need. In fact, we have upgraded our subscription and included some modules like entering budget time and rates to accurately allocate and track expenses.
