User Friendly and Great Customer Service!

What are the best aspects of this product?

BigTime was very easy to implement and is very user friendly. It was easy to integrate with QuickBooks. Great customer service as well!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Have not come across anything yet.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be nice if it could integrate with Google Drive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time tracking, more efficient project management, and ability to leave tasks/notes for each project.
