What are the best aspects of this product?

BigTime is simple, powerful and easy to set up. At the beginning all users get training and they can begin with their time management immediately. It is flexible with invoicing. In fact, there is no full control over the invoice format but it provides enough flexibility to create professional invoices, according to which you are able to add expense receipts to PDF. It allows you to transfer the invoices to QuickBooks Desktop and everything is automatic.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had some issues with lack of an organization record. It would be great if they could implement an organization record and assign properties such as hourly rate, invoice terms, and address.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our employees can enter time in a central system, pull reports of time entered for the projects and these lead for reporting to clients. BigTime helps us to track vacation time, it also helps when it comes to transferring invoices to QB and to invoice clients. Everything is viewed by the project management team.
