Wonderful customer service and wonderful product

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to use and meets our needs. Their staff make sure that the program will suite our needs and that it will work for us. Whenever we had some issues they worked with us to make sure that the issues are fixed. They gave us some time for free usage because of the problems we had with the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

BigTime is great tool but something that I don’t like is that I cannot access the program from any device. We couldn’t access the program from 10 asus Tablets and then we had to switch to notebooks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

BIgTime helps us to move to paperless time card reporting. It saves lot of time and money for printing time sheets. We are able to check the time for each employee or task and to increase our profits.
