What are the best aspects of this product?

Bill.com allows my clients to upload the bills and they can control and approve the bills after they are in the system and leave them to be paid, also, they don’t have to worry about paying bills once they emailed to Bill.com because they know that the bills will be paid on time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I want to switch from one company to another I have to go back to main console, they need to make this switch easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Bill.com our clients have more options for their payment without waiting for checks to arrive. It is easy to add vendors to the epay system. This website makes easier to our bookkepers to do their jobs and helps them to increase our profit margin.
