What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how you can manage all your payable and receivable accounts into one portal. The system is user-friendly and with their mobile app you can check all your payments at any time. Bill.com helps you to get paid as well allows you to pay your bills. There are options whether you want to pay by check, ACH, or to other bill.com users and what’s important the fees are minimal. In other words I don’t need to order and wait to pay batch and ACH fees from my bank account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Bill.com integrates with Xero but, their functionality is limited and one sided, because whenever I reconcile invoices in Xero there are no updates about invoices in bill.com.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bill.com allows me to pay bills that cannot be paid by credit card. With Bill.com I give my customers different ways to pay me, and thanks to this website I can easily manage my accounts.
