What are the best aspects of this product?

It used to take our finance a day or two (during payroll) to get updated on billing. Whether it's the client or sales rep, sharing of documents is manual and that took time even if both departments are on the same floor. With this app, we can take a look at the invoice in quesiton in real-time and resolve any issue right away in the comfort of our cubicle. I noticed, too, a closer cooperation (a.k.a. less antagonism) between finance and sales as a result.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing that I can recall.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

From a management perspective, I'm loving it that finance and sales are working more closely on our collectibles. That helps me a lot to get an accurate picture of the business' cash flow and do a tactical forecast month to month.
