What are the best aspects of this product?
Nothing, I was forced to use this service to accept payment from a customer
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I work in QB Enterprise and have no problem emailing bills to customers. I have one customer who only pays thru this company, thereby forcing me to sign up and use their services for one customer. I cannot download my bill (at least I cannot figure out how to do so without paying for their services). It shows payments then shows the same invoice as unpaid. This is awful.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
If I am being forced to use your service by one of my customers, at least let me download one of my invoices from QB Enterprise.
