PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We don't have any problem with QuickBooks integration. Our invoices go to Bill.com, where we approve them and calendar the collection then sync it with accounting. The entire process can be streamlined with automation, very practical for recurring billing. Even bill attachments are automatically entered into the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Verification of accounts takes a while. But that's understable even if a bit annoying.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

On top of the clear benefit that our billing process is faster, security is likewise stepped up. Manual errors are avoided, plus, we have more payment options for vendors. The last one helps to fast-tracking payments, as some vendors delay payables for the trivial reason they can only pay with checks, for instance.
