PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The general interface is clean and easy to follow. No cluttering of features so I can easily organize the inbox by status or vendor, do bulk payments, schedule different payments to different vendors with a few clicks and attach support documents to invoices. I also like the ePayments feature that further streamlines our billing process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have had issues with vendor updates. It'd be great if there's a clearer way to get notified so I can adjust to the new or discarded features at once. This doesn't happen a lot though, but the point is it happens.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously, we have had multiple branches doing their own accounts payables, which resulted in not a few times misaligned accounting. Our head finance would spend hours just to match payables, a waste of her time. Having one AP app, our branches are now practicing one chart of accounts.
