What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about Bill.com is that it shows all pending bills and bills that need approvals, thus, it makes approvals easy. When you select specific bill you can see the document uploaded without multiple clicks for referenced documents. I can e-mail all the invoices and ask my vendors to email alias directly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is the main dashboard page, it is little complex and confusing with so many different statuses, because they are not sorted well. Also, I cannot find an option to download the attachments, or maybe there isn’t such option.

With Bill.com your suppliers can make their payment without an effort.
