PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it easily integrates with NetSuite, our ERP. I can send collectibles quickly to sales and vice-versa. Errors can easily be spotted and corrected as well, like when sales had pointed out a discount they committed to the client wasn't factored in. Rectifying this was done in minutes, thanks to the solid integration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing really as of the moment. If there's one, my boss is starting to ask why we're using a seperate accounts payable since we already have NetSuite. It can go the other way, I said, since we're a small team as of now. I'm still assessing the best setup for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Not surprisingly, invoicing is faster. Data accuracy, while not 100% fool-proof, is protected. Billing mistakes are quickly resolved since different teams have a single source of truth, the Bill.com document. I can also do a quick QA at random by simply following the activity thread to add another layer of accuracy.
