What are the best aspects of this product?

I think that deciding to get a subscription for Bill4Time is a wise decision from a business standpoint. My staff and I cater to a lot of clients, and its quite challenging to keep track of the charges. What I like most about this product is it keeps track of all the meetings and transactions that we’ve spent with each client accurately. I am also aware of how much our company is earning, which keeps me on top of my game.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes I encounter some issues with the operating system, which causes us some setbacks. The IT team can probably look into incorporating some enhancements for better project management. Glitches seldom happen, but it would be best if they could eliminate it for good.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I feel more secure that we are billing all of our clients with the right amount. We always aim for transparency when it comes to our invoicing so we could continue to establish a good relationship with our clients. Bill4Time also helps us track our productive hours, which is essential in making sure that we are meeting our target revenue.
