What are the best aspects of this product?

I found their fee schedules and assignments to be most helpful. It's very time sensitive. I like the fact that there are client contact options available.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's no option for early payment discount when it comes to invoices. Certain reports could have improved filter choices. It also appears reports aren't directly expoerted without all headers. Since the platform's sort option is too hard to figure out, a lot of time is needed to remove unecessary Excel cells. The budget tool isn't as simple plus the contract field doesn't have the things I need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Organization was what helped me out most with this tool. We were able to utilize the "phase option" for a majority of our new projects. It's simpler to monitor costs through this approach. We'll need to better utilize codes for activity/employees to projects to help minimize errors in billing.
