PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I simply love how intuitive this platform is. I found the leraning curve to be short and I'm surprised at how quickly it made us proficient. Customer service was exceptional. They did a good job in listening to whatever it is we wanted.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be nice to still open up attached docs after getting the expenses invoiced. I also hope that each project phase wouldn't have the "lock at contract" or "locked" notification in order to function.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Now that data is available in real-time and never delayed (unlike before), we have far better control on the projects we're handling.
