What are the best aspects of this product?

It helped simplify my billing and minimized the times it takes to get work done. There are multiple templates available to help make it work for our business. Customer service is great especially during the installation process. They catered to all my questions and guided me through my problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took a bit of time to get myself acquainted to the product. There were some things I needed to figure out on how I want the platform to work for the business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The platform greatly reduced my time for billing so I can put a majority of my efforts and concentraion on my business. I was able to run things efficiently since using it.
