What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple and easy it is for tracking time. I've been using BillQuick to compare the actual time used intended for our set budget.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

BillQuick has a bunch features that helped me with scheduling. But one issue that I still continue struggling with is adding a new client to the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this platform, I'm beginning to realize the actual time spent my employees have on certain projects and be able to adjust our billing needs.
